For example, there is a coal fueled power plant on the shore of Yeongheungdo, 20km southwest of Songdo. I suspect some of our worst air conditions occur when plant operations and wind conditions align to send that pollution to us.vincehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09089806589675540782noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6536957542993057070.post-63631469212652368292017-07-19T12:33:30.002+09:002017-07-19T12:33:30.002+09:00The foundation of Korea and China as their current...The foundation of Korea and China as their current national entities did not exist until the 20th century, which makes any statement about "used to be part of" inaccurate by default. Neither existing country was part of the other.
That said, there are millions of cultural and linguistic Koreans living in China and saluting the flag of the People's Republic of China. These "Chosun Jok" are mostly descendants of a kingdom that existed prior to Korea or China. I agree it included the Korean peninsula and parts of northern China. 1) This is poli...My take on this in two big steps:

1) This is politicians getting a big under the table payment by Korean companies (Naver, Daum, Hyundai, etc) to keep foreign companies OUT of the mapping industry for as long as they can. Google Maps with Navi has brought down the price of GPS units all over. In Korea you are forced to use local mapping options. Remember the days of $500 GPS units? Yeah they are still very much a thing in Korea. Korea has a strong sense of national pride, and I like that. However it needs to compete fairly. Yes Korean companies may loose sometimes, but at the same rate GOOD ones will succeed. IKEA entering Korea is another perfect example of the protectionism at work by the various government branches in Korea. Korea is once again going to the place the world is turning it's eyes too and it better clean up its act quickly before the thousands visitors come here only to be told they need to learn Korean so they can use Naver maps. It's not the 1988 Summer Olympics where you hand out paper maps guys, its going to be 2018 where people want to use GPS aided smart maps to get them to their hotel, help them find that store they wanted to see, eat at that place they heard about, and do all of this in their OWN language that Google Maps can provide. This will also put pressure on Naver and Daum to improve even more and maybe they themselves launch multi-lingual maps and services with newer, different and even better features that Google is offering.

2) Prevent the information falling into the wrong hands. What? S. Korea has so many spy's here already and the Seoul knows it. Maps? Hell N. Korea has a functional satellite and drones with high res aerial photography. Trust me Kim up in Pyongyang is not relying on Google for its maps. And for Google's stupid mistake of logging unsecured WiFi hot spots and uploading the data... Ummm its KOREA there are unlocked WiFi hotspots EVERYWHERE. If they are worried about an anonymous user doing damage via the net, this user once again is not going to need Google's help to get the job done. The actual problem with samsung phones is the UI, touchwiz is simply the most awful ui out there, my s3, when it was brand new had a lot of lag, and guess what? its still there on the s4. the s4 google edition on the other hand will be easily the fastest device out there. htc has done a better job on the one x and the one than samsung has. a lot of bloatware that nobody uses.. thanks~ Angelinasitehttp://www.power-adapters.co.uk/Adapters-by-DC-Voltagenoreply@blogger.com
